Bush should have canned him in 2004, and at latest 2005.

Now he's become the scapegoat. I believe Lyndon Johnson got similar treatment after he left office.

Rummy should still be defense secretary. There was no good reason for him to go as he was doing a fine job! Liberals need to told to just go to hell! the evil basturds!!

He was the best we ever had. I see our efforts in the ME paying off.

Rummy was a 'military' man, and in his area of responsibility was extraordinarily successful.

Now the game has changed. Instead of facing an army, we are now facing anarchist gangs. New mission, new expertise needs to be developed, and hopefully Petreaus has the answers.
