You, of course, realize that UCAR's existence depends on GW being a human caused event. That wouldn't color their conclusions, would it?

Partly true, and yes I think their statements in the article about human are biased and irrelevant. But there are other measurements of solar activity including irradiance that show increases too small to explain much warming (I have to find the links). I trust the science they put out more than the Russian guy that started this thread who seems to be quoting the same information about 3-4 years of Martian warming that everyone else is. 3-4 years means almost nothing in climate change.
