For those not familiar with the newspapers of the Portland area, note that the Portland Tribune is a smaller twice weekly publication which is seen as more conservative than the decidedly left Oregonian.

In reality, it is just a smaller version of its big (but shrinking) cousin, the Oregonian (aka Daily Red Wet Worker).

They are all bastards, and that is the problem.
