Oh no, not again. I caught a glimpse of some Mexican protesters on the news but didn't hear what was going on. Guess I'll be off to Wal-Mart and Sam's for a big blowout.
Yeah, I find that odd, too. I usually only go out to eat for Korean food.
We were in SF yesterday, and ate nothing there. Just bought some Quorn Meatballs at Whole Foods.
I like Quorn's Grounds. I put them in spaghetti sauce. Yummy! Soy free goodness!
I know exactly what you mean! The next time you begin to cramp up, grab your calf with both hands and squeeze the hell (with your thumbs, right on the knot of the cramp) out of the muscle! What you're doing is preventing the calf muscle from tightening up, and keep squeezing for a few minutes. When you eventually let go, stand up and stretch the calf muscle. It'll probably be painful, but it helps in keeping the muscle from cramping up again soon afterwards. I've used this technique the last two times I've cramped up, and it works!
Did you hear the dig Medved did on Savage today--he didn't mention his name, but we know who he was talking about.
A few weeks ago, I was told by a moderator not to post this picture again, and I have not.

That doesn't even compare to the "F" word on the keywords list.
Anyone have a link that xmms or mplayer (hell, even realplay) can handle?
Good evening, Chani! Check out post #63.
Yeah. The commie racist La Raza crowd is calling on all illegals to boycott on May 1, 2007 to prove how much they "contribute" the US economy. If we all go shopping, it will prove they don't contribute anything to the USA except increased TB rates, er room closures and crowded prisons.
Hello, Michael! You're referring to the Savage Nation radio streams?
I rarely if ever listen to Medved.
"FTPOSTINGBADKEYWORDS"
Hey troll, the mods know who posts the keywords.
Hey there, sure am..I use *nix, not really a plu-in fanatic and tend to stick to format's more "open" for streaming..Looking for an mp3 or rm stream..
I shall make it a point to go buy something somewhere on that day, although I'm really not much of a 'shopper'.
If my washing machine will last that long...maybe i can make that day the day I buy a new one. lol ;)
Ha! Ha! Some Freepers definitely have 'Weiner' issues. Maybe they're having Ritalin withdrawal symptoms.
Well all we can do is report it to the mods and let them take care of the poor 'pathetic' keyword troll.
I agree with fishtank on this one (is this the way to notify you guys or should the abuse button to #1 be used?) :
"Someone posted a keyword that says:
"GOF*CKYOURSELFMIKE".
This is over the line."
I'll try that. In times past, when it's happened in the calf, I've just tried to massage it out--sort of the same idea. I don't think I've done it in my sleep in a long time. I think women, when they are pregnant, tend to get them in their legs. My mom always said my grandpa suffered from them--and migraines funny enough. His mom was a migraine sufferer too. I thought I also heard that the leg cramps were from a vitamin/mineral deficiency. I want to say magnesium but I could be wrong. I don't remember getting them with my last pregnancy but if you are right about water, then I was drinking a ton of water during the last pregnancy and that could explain it. Drinking tons of water also helped keep my blood pressure down.
TransGenders, It's Friday! LOL!
Well I like Medved just haven't had time to listen to his show much last couple of weeks. I've seen him talk here in Denver twice now. The last talk, this past August 2006, he got in a dig at Savage too.
For goodness sakes! This is rediculous. What did he do now?
Hey troll, the mods know who posts the keywords.
I don't know what I've done, but I'll try to be more careful in the future. ;-D
