By the way, if Canada or Mexico wanted to join the USA, then THAT would be something to consider, but they would have to realize that they would be joining an established system, with a superior governmental operating philosophy. Their systems would not be considered to be on an equal footing with the United States, and they would enter the Union as many other territories have done in the past.

Hello Tark--yes YIKES to those leg cramps. I've gotten those leg cramps too--either from stretching my leg during sleep or during the day trying to get in some weird position to reach for something or bending my leg in some funky position. Right before I do it, I know what's going to happen but it's too late by then.

painful calf cramps! Ever woke up with one before?

For the last few years I have had problems with this ...usually in the mornings. Thank gawd someone once taught me to immediately get outta bed and stand on it...even stretch it if possible. Whew. When I was younger...I just SUFFERED with it till it went away.

I should cook more. Actually I've been doing more of that this past week. The Mexican place we like is in Golden Colorado--called Tequilas. It's a family run type business. Good food and they make the best cabbage salsa. I really hope it wasn't them that caused the problem. My husband didn't get it.
