I heard serious disruptions for the troops if a 'clean' bill isn't approved. The president was asking for a 'clean' bill without stings attached. Didn't anyone else hear this?

And for the first time in my recollection, he is referring to them specifically as "democrats," rather than "some in congress" or some other non-specific description.
