And as soon as Newt or Fred Thompson enter the race later this year RINO Rudy viability as a Presidential candidate will fall faster than Bill Clinton's pants at a "Welcome the New Interns" party.

Other key bullet points: Gosh that's a poor choice of words considering his stance on gun-control.

Nonsense. I strongly suspect this rag defines "social conservative" as anyone who supports fiscal restraint and/or the WOT. That's not a social conservative.

Interesting conclusions drawn from the poll. Evidently social conservatives may think they're knowledgeable, but since the same poll also shows the following it doesn't mean squat.
On abortion 62% of social conservatives either identified Giuliani as pro-life or did not know his position. On gun control 81% of social conservatives identified Giuliani as opposed to gun control or not sure of his position. On gay marriage 85% of social conservatives either identified Giuliani as a supporter of a constitutional ban on gay marriage or did not know his position.
It seems a bit of a stretch to say social conservatives know and don't care about his positions when more than 60% have no idea what his positions are.

I'm confused. Is this the opinion of the people at Hotline, or just the press release from the Giuliani campaign? It wasn't clear to me, but it looks like it's just a post of the memo from the campaign.

Did you know Rudy wore a dress?
Rudy has no chance once Tom Tancredo gets rolling.
sorry - old news. Let's try again:
Rudy has no chance once Duncan Hunter gets going.
oops. That's old news too. One more time:
Rudy has no chance once Fred Thompson gets going.
One question: Why is everyone so critical about the Giulianis each having three marriages over 30+ years when the anti-Rudy faction has had three candidates in the past two months?

Sounds like there are plenty of social conservatives who think for themselves, and realize there are HUGE issues at steak, not just unsolveable social issues.
