The romanians, sponsored by the u.s. have really proven themselves in the Afghan war ?

The Romanians have a long and proud history of dealing with the jihadists. Going back to at least the end of the 1450s.

They will slowly evolve into a strong military ally. Their troops aren't afraid to fight, they are just looking for the opportunity to prove themselves. The whole thing about Dracula is sort of weird but, oh well. (jk):)
