several years ago, at our local school, I observed a 4X8 sheet of plywood with 3-4 basketball sized blueberries on it (they appeared to be blueberries if u used your imagination)...upon inquiry of which primary grade class produced the "art"...( I was guessing 4th or 5th grade) I was informed it was made by a local artist and funded under a government "local culture" art grant to the tune of $750...
Ay-uh...We got blueberries the size of basketballs in Down-east Maine...but "local artists" with balls a hell of a lot bigger
