Other than a repeal of DMV fees, How sad for you if that was your only point of respect for the Austrian.
Schwarzenegger didn't repeal VLF fees. He simply reinstated a General Fund subsidy of the fees. Taxpayers still pay the fees through their General Fund obligations. The only California residents who benefited from Schwarzenegger's shenanigan are those who don't pay state income, sales or valued added taxes.

I would have to research your assertions, but I know from my DMV fees on my car and motorcycle, that my dues went down after Ahhnuld took power (due to him). I give him that. Otherwise, he's a left leaning centrist regarding other issues. The few bucks I saved on my DMV fees are hardly worth his pandering and compromise with the liberal CA legislature.

Please explain exactly how "general fund subsidy" correlates to DMV vehicle fees. I may have miss something.
