Hopefully the "shower and some pills, and a night on a heated mattress" will leave you feeling better tomorrow!
I really overdid it today, and I knew I was, but all of us had a time constraint, and I was trying to make sure it could get done within the time we had allowed, as other people had appointments and obligations.
I hate feeling pressured, but...tomorrow is another day, and I can go at my own pace.
