In our troop, if there isn't enough adults to maintain "two-deep" in a split situation, everyone stays together...no exceptions.
And we have our share of ADD types.
Our pack is blessed with incredible parents. In five years, I've never had a situation where we were less than 5 deep.
My oldest just became a Boy Scout last week but the Troop is connected to the Pack so we should be equally blessed. We have our first overnighter this weekend.
