It's that sizable proportion of the US population that can't comprehend the idea that we are facing an enemy that not only doesn't fear, but actually embraces, the idea of the war to end all wars that's keeping us from dealing effectively with the threat. It's a tough sell when you are dealing with an enemy willing and anxious to die for its cause. And that's exactly what we are up against with Iran. Christians know that God will send His Son when he's good and ready, not a moment sooner. Muslims believe they can outflank God force His hand.
