I'm proud to say that I worked my rear off on behalf of her Republican primary opponent, staunch conservative former State Senator Ray Haynes.

What is "board of equalization"? Something connected with affirmative action?

An RINO person of color who I have never heard of endorses the Rutard. I guess maybe Isaac from the Love Boat is next...

“America is in a war. He is the only candidate that can lead us through the war.” “Rudy is the RIGHT ONE.”
What an absolute crock.

I fully expect the next time a local dogcatcher endorses rudy, his cheerleaders and free republic will rush to report it.

Board of Equalization sounds somewhat 1984-ish. Seems to be some sort of tax collection arbitrator. I would not trust it, irrelevant of the Rudy thing.
"Created in 1879 by a constitutional amendment, the Board of Equalization was initially charged with responsibility for ensuring that county property tax assessment practices were equal and uniform throughout the state. Currently the tax programs administered by the Board are concentrated in four general areas: sales and use taxes, property taxes, special taxes and the tax appellate program. In 2001-02, taxes and fees administered by the Board yielded $40.48 billion to provide essential services for the people of California. Board-administered programs provided more than 37 percent of the state's tax revenue."

These posts are basically for the benefit of The Rudy ping list. I can't freepmail them because the list is way too big. If they had a Rudy section I would post it in that but they don't .

Please keep the Rudy threads coming. It's really fun and conservatives need the practice.
Might help to ping over RudyRooters if you know any . There is no substitute for live liberals.
To: Clemenza
Can you imagine what a "day in the life of president giuliani" thread would look like?

Yes! Here's Rudy with Judi summering in the Hamptons with Calvin Klein and his life partner Chip! Here's Rudy attending a Candombe ritual, talking about the greatness of "diversity!" Here's Rudy signing the Feinstein/Kennedy "Plastic Gun Control Act" to ban Glocks, which Rudy believes are "not necessary for hunting."

"a Candombe ritual"
The last time I heard that was referenced in a book called "Lord of Darkness" by Robert Silverberg. Not a meeting I would want to attend!

And they'll be posting all along how he's "such a great man" and he "looks so presidential". The RINO lovers will fawn over every new tie he wears and attack anyone who go after him for signing liberal bills.
