Actually I think they meant if he would have stashed it when he saw the cops they probably would not even have given him a ticket.

Why isn't the sob in effing jail?!!!!
Anyone else would have gotten the COPS treatment. Head slam into the ground, knee in the back, both arms wrenched back to unnatural positions that would snap a 2 x 4.
No one gets a ticket for pot in Florida!
Personally, I don't think pot smokers should be jailed, especially since every two-bit cop, law-yer, probation officer, bail bondsman, baliff or JUDGE is either smoking the sh!t themselves or has a close friend or family member doing it and they are fully aware of it. It's a friggin' joke.
