These types think that asking for a criminal background check on gun buyers is somehow an infringement on their liberties. It's that type of paranoia that really hurts the conservative movement and makes us all look like whackos.
How disingenuous of you. Giuliani wants much more than criminal background checks. He has supported licensing, confiscation, and tried to bankrupt the gun manufacturers.
