Yikes! Brian, thanks for this post. My family and I both thank you. I had about five packs of the Nutro Natural Choice wet dog food that I sometimes give my dog for a treat.
One pouch, a few weeks ago, gave her incredible stomach upset and lethargy for a day. I figured it was just because she wasn't used to the change in her diet. She's been back on her dry food and has been her fine, frisky, goofy self.
I wonder if the pouch I'd given her had been one of the tainted kind, and that we really missed a bullet this time?

It needs to be reiterated ... this applies, as far as I can tell, to wet food only, not to kibble. Also it is stated that it applies to the chunks in gravy and not the ground up and vaccuum packed type of wet food.
Did I miss something here or do I read it right?
