I want all torturers of others to be tortured themselves.
Why can't we make torture of such people no longer "cruel and unusual punishment"? It seems as if we just did it as a matter of justice and made it the norm, torture would not be either cruel or unusual.
And I say let the family and friends have the first bit of time with the convicted offender. After that, the paid torturer finished up the task.
Hopefully, it takes many long months.
Exactly what is the definition of "cruel and unusual punishment"? Who gets to determine that?
Why is the crime and the cruel and unusual punishment that is perpetrated on the victim not taken into consideration?
Where is the society concerns for the victims of rape, particularly pedophiles? What happened to the liberal slogan "it's for the kids"? Termination of this monster's life would definitely qualify as "for the kids"...
