No, you're talking about Halogen Bulbs, they have the two pins.

The only danger with them is ... BURNING YOUR HOUSE DOWN. The surface temp of a 20 Watt Halogen Desk Lamp Bulb reaches about 69 Bazillon Degrees Fahrenheit (actually 350^oF, or oven temp when cooking a Turkey).

But on the upside they last for 2000 hours - if they don't start a fire first.

No: I am talking about those 4 foot and 8 foot long fluorescent tubes that I have to replace at the Legion Post when they burn out.
