Guy with the yellow sign, that's "Squeegy", the first one to complain when someone from the opposition enters their permitted area when they protest the war at Walter Reed hospital. He'd pull out a phone and call the police ASAP. So he knows the drill and knows he should NOT be in that area playing dumb.
