I think everyone ought to shoot off an email to FOX and thank them so much for the coverage (even though it wasn't as much as I would have liked) of Gathering of Eagles and the commentaries on the true size of the anti-American crowd.
Might encourage them to do more such coverage!
Julie Banderas reporting on Fox that "Duel Demonstrations" took place today on capital hill. Organizers of the anit-war groups which began working months ago are disappointed today as they were expecting hundreds of thousands and only a few thousand showed up. (paraphrasing) A couple weeks ago some veterans groups got together and decided that they did not want anyone defiling our War memorials and set about to organize groups to protect the memorials, which have been vandalized in the past.

Imagine how many more people we would have had, if the entire MSM community had given us even half the coverage that they gave the communists.
We had a HUGE turnout, Eagles everywhere, and not just in the rally site. We lined the sidewalk along constitution Avenue for three solid blocks, we were in the Lincoln Memorial Circle in huge numbers, we were in Memorial Circle near Arlington Cemetery, in huge numbers, we were all over the place.
It was beautiful!
And now some goofball is on Fox saying that there were about a thousand anti-war protesters and an equal number of us. BS! And our participants' photos will prove they are FOS! Condescending asshole. A pox on Fox and the rest of the MSM.
Re: thanking Fox for covering -- Great idea. It's always important to thank powerful people (and anyone else) for doing the right thing. Easy to forget, but also very easy to do.
