On October 26, 1993, Weaver was sentenced to 18 months incarceration, three years probation and a $10,000 fine. The court issued an Order fining the FBI and criticizing it for its failure to produce discovery materials, its failure to obey orders and admonitions of the court, and its indifference to the rights of the defendant and to the administration of justice.

Seems that the FBI personnel should have served 18 months and at least a $10,000 fine. Not the other way around.

I'm not saying what the Feds did was error-free.
