You would think legislators had better things to worry about.
I love these people that represent Foundations or Orgs.
Spend others donations to lobby for spending others money and have a lifetime carreer telling others how you work to improve the world.
All the while producing nothing of substance.
They just can't seem to get the fact that its the final outcome that matters when decisions are made. Not the process.

Hillary is no hen, lead, since she hasn't produced anything. She does sound like a yankee grackle, though.

Yes they should live outside where the raccoons, possums, coyotes, foxes, and dogs can get them. That is natures way.

These birdbrains know nothing about avian psychology or barnyard rules. It's all about feelings...THEIRS...and nobody elses.

Just start printing "organic" on the egg cartons and the libs will forget all about it.

When I worked on the egg farm back in my youth we had about 30,000 chickens that roamed the coops. The beaks were burned flat when they were chicks. Chickens can be aggressive but they weren't killing each other. Just didn't happen.

You left out the owls, hawks, eagles, etc. We had free range chickens on the farm when I grew up. They carry mites, mess everywhere, ruin the garden, scratch & ruin kids projects. I concluded that their only redeeming virtue was that they tasted like chicken.

I now buy free roaming eggs. The shells are much thicker so that means the hens and getting more minerals and so am I.
I find they are more satisfying than typical caged eggs.
