Sounds like another inability to connect the dots. Before 9/11 we had a lot of information, we just couldn't connect the dots. If they give us enough information, maybe we can help the F.B.I. draw a whole picture.
They probably have the dots connected. It's the "warning" they can't voice, so they release this incomprehensible idiotic statement, hoping we will connect the dots and do something about it.
They can't. They would be individually hounded and sued all the way to the poorhouse by CAIR and the ACLU. It's not worth risking their paychecks and careers for speaking the truth in today's political climate.
