He's just upset because I said I didn't want a guy with an Uzi living next door to me.
At least not until someone breaks into your house while you are there, and threatens to kill you, torture, you, or worse, but your neighbor and his uzzi shows up and kills him before he can have his way with your family members.
Then you will probably not be so upset about the guy living next door to you any more.
