Fitzgerald is no longer on the case. The case is over.I don't think that is the case. Fitzgerald said he had "no plans" to prosecute anyone else but he did not shut the door. As far as I know, his office is still in existence on this case.

"She said she went overseas on secret missions within the past 5 years from today. Her twins were born in 2000. They must be about 6 1/2 years old now. So she's not ok putting themselves to bed by herself, but she was ok traveling overseas on secret CIA missions and leaving them home with Wilson or a nanny??"
After the birth of the twins Plame took an (unpaid) leave of absence from the CIA for more than a year. (She says for post-partum depression.)
So her time-line is very questionable at best.

I think the old saying has it wrong - perhaps relativism is the last refuge...

since the White House guy doesn't have any knowledge of an investigationThat guy was very weak. He knew Fitzgerald was charged with running an investigation.

You must be kidding. I dislike her intensely, but she is a VERY attractive woman. On the outside.
Hmm...

No. Fitzgerald said he was done. He's closed up shop and gone back to Chicago.

Waxman JUST walked back in....I guess he didn't think it was necessary to be in the big chair for all of this panel. I just saw that .. and can't say I'm suprised he walked away
