Yup. Unless you make a electric pickle.
Be careful with this. Take a lamp cord and strip the wires, then wrap the the individual wires around two nails. jam them nails(dont let them touch) into the opposing ends of a dill pickle and plug the cord in. (do this outside) the green pickle will light up "orange" like a flourescent lamp
