I clearly don't agree with Bush on a lot of issues, but anyone who can be elected president twice is clearly not stupid or retarded (although anyone suggesting it might be).
I didn't say he was either. But I just cannot understand why the guy can give bring-the-house-down speeches like the one after 9/11, and then sound like he got no sleep for his day-to-day statements and speeches.
