No! It means Rove used his Hurricane/Mind Control Machine to implant false thoughts in the peaceful Muslim's innocent head, and then evil interrogators at the illegal gitmo Torture Facility (TM) used an assortment of frilly women's undergarments, country-western music, and gauche, ill-fitting, non-flattering orange prison garbs to get him to spill these installed thoughts.
