The Iranians are looking for an all risk policy on the reactor, especially for "terrorist" attacks by the US. I guess they can't even get Lloyds of London to write it. Maybe AIG will do it.

Only if they can write it at reduced commission and without any contingency clauses. Or collect the annual premium and not issue a policy. If there is a claim, they can back date the coverage.
