This isn't that far a step from usual child molester tactic of inviting the kids in to play with the puppies/eat candy/watch porn/have alcohol, messing with their heads or outright molesting them, and then telling them to keep it a secret.

Well if any had any doubts as to how these all operate, now we know for sure. They're above laws, rules, parental rights in their minds! Not only schools but neighbors, pediatricians, relatives etc have been made to believe it's their civil, community duty and responsibility to get to those unfortunate children who are still under the archaic victorian morally oppressive Biblical views of the past that their parents are so wrongly still hung up on.

Till they can change the laws and make the children completely the property of the state they will come as slippery, smooth liars, deceitful wolves in sheep's clothing, plates of cookies, sweets, many enticements in hand to lure kids.
