A surveillance camera caught a New York mugger beating a 101-year-old woman for the mere $33 she was carrying; shortly later, the police say, the same man mugged an 85-year-old woman. He beat her, too, stealing $32.
"There has to be a special rung of hell for him," said a police official familiar with the incidents, which occurred last weekend.
The older woman suffered a fractured cheekbone that doctors at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens could not repair because of her age. The 85-year-old suffered facial cuts and bruises.

Even if NYC had reasonable gun laws I doubt they would have helped in these cases.It's hard for me to imagine an 85 year old packing a S&W let alone a 101 year old woman packing one.
This case involves a pure psychopath.They're a dime a dozen in New York.
Bruise and all, Mrs. Morat looks great for 101. If she had been 10 years younger, she probably could have beat up the mugger with her walker.

The perps defense will be he was having delusions of the Selma, Alabama March across the Pettus Bridge. The (victim) he thought was a State Trooper preparing to beat him, so he reacted in self defense and took some of his rightful reparation money.
The MSM always downs plays and leaves out the description of the perp when it comes to Whitey getting beaten/robbed.
All criminals are criminals, regardless of race, color or creed and should be reported by the media. If the roles were reversed in that case, the media would have jesse jackasson, al tawana unsharpton, maxine muddy waters, and the rest of the race hustling pimps getting out "the hate" on national television.

That was my first thought too. Even after a vicious attack and a broken cheekbone, she has a defiant look about her. She quite an inspiration!
I thought the man had lost his mind when he lamented the loss of two lives when the armed guard shot the killer INSIDE City Hall, I wondered about the man's competency. I am convinced he has no clue about anything at all.
He was elected because he wasn't Mark Green. NY has become a pathetic shadow of what it was during Rudy's terms.
