I think the pictures show what a skank Jenna Bush is. Who cares if her father is a Republican president? Clearly she's a member of the skankocrat party.

The pictures were the most outrageous part of the story. They had nothing to do with her book, and were included just to make people like you think the thoughts you put to print.
She's on a BEACH, and some voyeur is snapping pictures hoping her top opens up and he can make some money on the pictures. She isn't "changing her underwear", she is taking off her underwear and putting on her bathing bottoms, WHILE covered up. Women manage to do this all the time despite us men hoping they will fail :-)
I'm certain if she remembered that people are recording every second of her life, she could live each second as if it was going to appear on the news. God forbid she ever pick her nose, or make a funny face, or worse, scratch her butt or something.
