Like the Critics of people voicing concern on this site who say" what are you afraid of, FREE TRADE".
Evidently this NAFTA HIGHWAY is not a Fantasy and maybe coming to a State near you.

"Range" Magazine in a recent issue had a four page article on this super highway originating in Texas. Included in the article was the foreign ownership and the private funding for this toll road through the middle of America. It was a great article and I highly recommend reading it.
