In all fairness to O'Donut, I think she's talking about using an inversion table. There are lots of benefits to inversion therapy, mostly related to spinal decompression. But, there are other documented benefits. Very helpful if you've got a herniated lumbar disc with nerve root compression.

I have an inversion table myself and use it 10 - 15 minuets a day.
