No Clinton wasn't in front of a Grand Jury. He was in front of the Jury...the judge and the accuser.
He was in the state where he was the former Govenor and in a relatively friendly venue when he did it.
And if you really want to get down to brass tacks about it...the integrity level of a sitting President in comparison to a non-elected staffer should be WAY higher dontcha think?
So lying under oath is okay in some venues, but not others?
I also think Libby got the shaft, but he either should have told the truth or kept his mouth shut.
