I'm not trying to lump everyone together. I think there are a lot more religious threads than when I was a lurker. In the past, for example, there was no daily liturgy from the Catholics and the like. I just indicated that my husband said there was talk one time of a separate area for religious threads.

There is a separate place for that, I don't know how much it gets used. Look under "Browse By Forum".

I come straight to the forum from a bookmark as well.

I like some of the special interest links I am pinged to, like the health and science and the doggy posts.

I just avoid the threads I now will get nasty and bogged down with repetitive arguments and insults. (and that's too many nowadays).

I think you have your preferences set so all threads appear. The Catholic Caucus, Spurgeon threads etc. are posted in the religion forum.
