More to the point, the administration could have prosecuted Bill Clinton in a way in which he would have gotten a life sentence. (Remember, for example, the Vince Foster homicide and the selling of military technology to China in exchange for campaign contributions.)
That would have not only served justice, but would have spared us the spectacle of Tubba making a run for president with Bubba at her side and the MSM gloating about it.
As a footnote, it is most probable that Bubba was a co-conspirator in the Sandy Burglar escapade. Highly unlikely that he took the classified documents without being told to do so.
