When has he not been under a "political cloud" and when has this "political cloud" effected him in office? Reuters, HE'S STILL THERE!

Funny how Bill Clinton was never characterized by Reuters as being "under a political cloud" after he, the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the United States, pleaded guilty to perjury in a Grand Jury hearing (and obstruction of justice), and went on to become the first elected U.S. president to be impeached. Sort of makes you question Reuters' honesty and credibility, doesn't it?
Ahearn, we have a problem.

The beauty is that they are no longer getting away with it. There are moments where the MSM is so totally exposed for what it is - witness Buckhead and Charles Johnson (LGF) tearing apart the TANG memos that were supposed to sink the Bush re-election - it was on the blogosphere - here and elsewhere. Fox picked it up. Then ABC and NBC and finally Rather and Mapes are shown up to be the disgraces they are.
The Swift Boat Veterans for Truth - got no air time on the big three but they were big in the blogosphere and Fox gave them face time. I know a great many people who were all set to vote for Kerry until they heard about the SBVT.
I know it's frustrating. But people seriously have stopped watching them. Most Americans, I think, believe the MSM is biased and liberal even as it insists it isn't. I watch 24, I watch Lost, I watch dumbass People's Court and Judge Judy and the others like it. News? Nah. No thanks - I'll just fire up the laptop and see what they're talking about at Freep.
That's not to say you have to control the fists of death when these bozos and talking heads who know NOTHING start babbling. Remember - that which does not make your head explode makes you stronger.

Fitzie told the jurors that there is a cloud over the Vice-President.*
What an outrageous thing for a prosecutor to say!!!
The libs enjoy comparing Libby's "trial" with Clinton's "trial."
Would they have "stood still" if Ken Starr said, while speaking to the Grand Jury about Bill Clinton's actions, "There is a cloud over Vice-President Al Gore."
*"there is a cloud over the vice president.

This is textbook as I'm sure you know. President Ford was a bumbling idiot. Quayle was stupid. Reagan asleep at the switch. Bush the elder out of touch. Dole was mean. Gingrich angry. GW is a liar, incompetent and stupid. Cheney they can't call stupid so he's evil. McCain is brilliant (so what does THAT tell ya), Clinton brilliant, Gore brilliant, Carter a warm fuzzy human being. What a great summary!!

The trial had ZERO to do with Cheney. The trial only had to do with Libby not telling the truth. What spin the MSM has!

http://www.asiamedia.ucla.edu/article-world.asp?parentid=65190 reports that in the last decade 1,000 media personnel have been killed covering stories.
John Whitesides spent his time at the bar thinking up criticisms of the Vice President.

I had forgotten THAT cloud. You are so right.
I'd like to tell Reuters that's a halo he looking at, not a cloud.
