>>Manatee County authorities have arrested the man they believe abducted a 13-year-old from a bus stop last month and left him tied up in the woods. The Sheriff's Office has released little information about the arrest of Vicente Ignacio Beltran-Moreno, a Mexican national. Clay Moore was abducted from his school bus stop in Parrish by a gunman in a red pickup truck on February 25th. After being left tied up in the woods about 20 miles east, the teen used a safety pin he had put in his mouth to pick apart the duct tape that held his wrists and then freed himself.
