Did I hear Fred correctly when he said "when I was in the army?"
Loving Rush's Breck Girl rant. Hee, hee. King of Hair Spray. If anything is appalling, it is you.

Edwards doesn't know Jesus. He profits from the poor.

I'd like to know how many times Edwards has even been close to a Church.

Wilson's civil case against Libby is going forward. If Libby can subpoena Russert it will get quite interesting. The judge refused to allow audio of Russert stating that he knew you couldn't have a lawyer in the grand jury, yet Russet testified that a lawyer was present during his grand jury testimony but he didn't know it was illegal.

Here's what Jesus said to the lawyers (like Edwards):
Luke 11:46 And he said, Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! for ye lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.

I wasn't. I listen to a lot of Christian radio, though. My biggest complaint about Christian radio is that they dropped SOuthern Gospel Saturday Nights for Contemporary Christian music, which I think is appropriately named since I have nothing but Contempt for it. I agree with you. I love Christian hymns but I love contemporary as well.
In our post-christian era, southern gospel just isn't popular enough to support a station.
I wish they would play some for an allotted time every week though. I like the Blackwood Brothers and the Cathedral quartet.

The sad thing is lawyers like Edwards actually delude themselves into thinking they're champions of the poor, because they're always out suing the pants off "the evil rich" (and pocketing hefty fees in the process).

Did I hear Fred correctly when he said "when I was in the army?"For only "two years"?
That doesn't make sense. I thought the minimum term of service was 4 years.

WWJD about the Edwards' mansions and lifestyle. He's clearly not a believer or he wouldn't dare say and do the things he does. He proclaims religiosity but lives another way completely.

I thought I read somewhere that Edward's lawsuits resulted in a product or procedure being taken off the table resulting in an increased number of infant (or children's) deaths.
