I stopped watching BOR when I got sick of him always paying false deference to a poorly constructed lib argument to "prove he is fair"
Most republicans do that, certainly politicians (start every speech by conceding that them dems have a good point here, but...) and I think its just self-defeating
Epically considering how it it such a one-sided 'concession' -- libs... like Murtha never start their anti-war argument with "well I know Bush did a great job in the execution of the main combat part of the war and did well to get elections, but..."

It's disgusting to watch the Republicans cower to the Dems....... And it just keeps getting worse. Makes you want to throw in the towel.

I can't watch AI. Being a voice teacher, I find most female performances to sound the same. All belt and lavish vocal gymnastics. Somebody please sing the melody already. The other night I watched "Celtic Woman". Pure tone, honest melodies, delighted audience. The songs made me weep as if my heart was singing "with" them. Not powerful voices, yet so pleasing to listen to.
AI is like a comedy for me. I love it. Some good singers are there, but the rest are hacks.
I saw 'Celtec Women', and I was not that impressed. Just generic fluff to me. They sing in tune, can be pleasing, pretty to look at, but most of the show is artificial showmanship I get bored with. They remind me of Andre Rieu, the Johann Strauss impersonator. Ick. I once did for a Three Mo' Tenors concert, and even though they had pretty good voices, it drew a large crowd, I get bored with the glitz. I want meat, I want substance--I want the entree, not just the dessert. I want "Die Walkure", not "The Lion King".

How are you today? I'm still steamed over Scooter and sort of agree with NR on the pardon issue, but if someone pays Scooter's legal bills. I guess it can wait until later...I just don't like it one bit. There is some talk that Scooter's wife, a lawyer and a Democrat, might cause him to break over something...

Rush used to go on Russerts show once a year. It's been awhile.....I wonder if Rush stopped it. I think he should do it again.....NOW.

Not one mention (that I've heard) on any of the shows I listen to, not Rush, not Hannity.. no one.
You'd think they'd be interested in something like this, "Fitzgerald buried probative evidence of an al Qaeda cell operating in New York in 1996."
The author says he can prove that and lots more.
That and lots more are in Triple Cross: How bin Laden's Master Spy Penetrated the CIA, the Green Berets, and the FBI--and Why Patrick Fitzgerald Failed to Stop Him by Peter Lance award winning investigative author and former MSM reporter.
I believe his book has finally moved up the amazon chart to the top 100. Why don't they talk to him, for my own reason mentioned elsewhere I won't read the book but I have heard several long interviews with him. He's done a pretty good job.
My flabber is gast.
