A Rich vein of gossip for Clinton foes
A new book on Bill Clinton's post-presidential life is heading to bookstores faster than a speeding Swift boat.
Among the allegations in "The Clinton Crack-Up" is a claim that the former Horndog-in-Chief had an affair with New Yorker Denise Rich, whose ex-husband, Marc, he famously pardoned.
And Madame Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, knew about it, alleges ultraconservative author R. Emmett Tyrrell Jr., a prominent anti-Clintonite who founded the American Spectator Magazine.
"Denise Rich's contact with Clinton began long before Hillary confided her allegations to Representative [now Speaker] Nancy Pelosi that Bill 'f—' Denise," writes Tyrrell.
The source for the remark is given as "a currently serving Capitol Hill police officer standing two feet away."
This account, oddly enough, is roundly denied by all parties. Rich was traveling and unavailable for comment yesterday, but a spokesman said: "There is no truth to this story."
He did, and she was: Hillary.
Yes.....looks like I'll have to take a trip to Barnes & Noble again and 'rearrange' the books. Somehow books that are negative to the Clintons don't feature prominently in their displays.

When is the focus of Pardongate going to be Hillary?
We now learn that it is her brother who got paid at least $400,000 to secure two pardons for big-time drug dealers.
Are you telling me that she did not know what her sleazy brother was up to?
How did Hugh Rodham even learn that he could bypass the proper process and do a last-minute end run around the Justice Department? (Roger Clinton, too, was supposedly running around offering pardons; it must have been common knowledge inside the first family that the bazaar was open at the end of the administration.)
Hillary – proclaimed the ‘smartest woman in the world’ by her acolytes – must know the greedy nature of her own flesh and blood. The memory of the disaster in the nation of Georgia is still fresh in the minds of Washington officialdom. (The Rodham brothers engaged in questionable business behavior with unsavory types in opposition to the hero president, Eduard Shevarnadze.)
So her smarts only go so far as to manipulate the already-compliant news media into buying her self-proclaimed ignorance of the Rich pardons and now her brother’s activities. But who can believe that Hillary – involved in every White House decision for eight years as co-president – was unaware of the pardon bonanza?
I thought she was smart.
If she is so smart she should have known that her husband and her brother were selling pardons.
And if she did not, she does not belong in the U.S. Senate.
No, the whole thing smells fishy. And requires a full criminal and congressional investigation.
My bet is Hillary was intimately involved in all of it, but proving that will be difficult. Criminals like Hillary and Bill have a certain blunderbuss quality about their perfidious behavior – but a unique ability to then escape capture. In fact, they get a kick out of tempting fate. Living "on the edge" is a turn-on for them.
If the national news media would ever focus their full resources like a laser on the Clintons and work hand in hand with criminal investigators, there is no telling what would be uncovered. Hidden bank accounts, cash payments, hobnobbing with known criminals, selling favors, out-and-out bribes – all are in the realm of possibility with the Clintons.
But this has never happened, because the news media have become an adjunct arm of the left and the Democratic National Committee. (This explains the explosive growth of the Fox News Channel as the only respected alternative to the left-leaning media.)
Someone needs to take the lead in investigating all aspects of the Clintons now – and risking vilification by the media. Perhaps Dan Burton or some senator will have the guts to go all out to get the truth – finally – on the criminal enterprise that was the Clinton administration.
Lefties now say, "Oh, let’s move on."
But we cannot move on until we know the truth of what has just happened. If there is "no there there," then we must move on. But if we uncover – as seems to be happening daily – more horrendous abuses of power by the Clintons, then we owe it to our nation to finally get to the truth
Bill's extracurriculars have gotten a lot less pub than I expected post-POTUS. I figured the tabloids would be more interested than they appear to be.
A former US Senator, who was a frequent guest at Rich's Manhattan digs told me years ago that it was common knowledge. He even had his own private entry, so he could escape the unexpected encounter sith other guests.
And there are NO ultraliberal authors out there?

Rumor is that Bubba had women in the Arkansas campaign headquarters and they were ushered out the back door as Queen Hillary was entering the front door. Apparently, Bubba has a long history of zipper problems.
