What's the joke? This guy obviously had a medically necessary device ~

I think it's more commonly the case that women find such things necessary after giving birth, particularly if they have a 3rd or 4th degre episiotomy.

Are you diagnosing him based on assumptions, or has this been acknowledged in the news-media and I've just missed it?

here's why I ask - the latest article I've read is at the link below (with snip from article), and it doesn't sound like a he had a magnet up his butt to close his sphincter to me:

The rock, authorities said he told them, was from another planet. (The Associated Press, by the way, writes that it may have been a magnet.)
