Guess what happens. FORGET anything the President wants getting thur the Congress for the next two years.

This is probably true now that the 'rats have both houses of Congress. Pres. Bush has let himself get pushed around during the almost 6 years when he had Congress on his side.

His being such a good person makes him very lovable, but not a good leader, IMHO. He has almost the entire world bad-mouthing him. You can get a lot more done when your adversaries respect you.

IF the Always Whining crowd ever tried acting like rational adults once in a while instead of behaving like brain dead raving lunatic Talk Radio junkies on ever single thread, they would be treated as adults. Since they insist on behaving like petulant spoiled children, perpetually throwing the same stupid temper tantrum on ever single thread, they should expect to be treated as such.

There are serious due process issues here. I think the court will deal with it -- eventually.

i love you wimps

you endorse the policies and tactics of bush because your metrosexual nature by comparison sees him to be a tyrant to domestic foes

you have nothing to offer the gop but more failure to learn from experience and deal with reality

step off and take the plunge to oblivion

dummies don't learn that blaming the customer doesn't improve your business

make the gop a wonderful place for conservatives and watch the numbers grow

it isn't real hard, but you do have to possess the ability to think

just noticed your tagline

you are a fool to think your pathetic defense of indefensible bush policies will improve the gop's political future

your own lack of thinking belies your tagline

you, the bushbots, are the reason bush and company didn't get the message prior to november 2006 - the rest of us were breaking down the door to warn him the natives were restless and unwilling to take it anymore

from limbaugh to coulter, from steyn to stein, the hypocritical positions of bush are his pandering to the domestic enemies of the left are completely unsupportable to any thinking conservative american

["you are a fool to think your pathetic defense..."]

Enduring Freedom: I thought I would ask you a kind question.

Specifically, why are you so angry and ungrateful?...I don't understand?

Please don't take offense by my question.

not angry at all

motivated

to prevent the gop from sliding into the abyss

we need a president willing to fight domestic enemies first and foremost, to promote conservative princples such as fiscal responsibility and protection of our borders, to name and fight our foreign enemy with extreme prejudice and not in a pathetic politically-correct fashion, to tell the united nations and the socialist agenda global warming crowd to shove off and mean it, etc.

no, it means that i did not stay home november but no exactly why bush and company got creamed

it also means i am willing to take the hit and fix it well before the next election, unlike bushbots who want to deny the fact, blame the victims, and slide into oblivion

So you don't think Bill Clinton committed perjury? That's what you are saying?

Man, I hope when you jump off the bottom rung of a step ladder that you wear a parachute. How did you EVER arrive at THAT interpretation of my reply!!??

As for Libby talking about Plame endlessly for months on end, even if he did, what freakin' difference does it make? It doesn't prove that he lied about outing her. She wasn't covert at the time this occurred, and I think Libby had far better things to do than talk about Valerie Plame. In his world, she didn't amount to a pimple on a gnat's butt.

The guilty verdict was pre-determined by the trial judge when he refused to allow any mention of the whole Plame-Wilson non-event. IOW, yes, I believe that the trial was rigged to provide a political outcome vs. a just outcome. IMO, it's sad that the abuse of our judicial system that Clinton made so prominent, still continues to this day. If you want to believe that Libby had a fair trial and was rightfully found guilty, that's your choice. IMO, this was a kangaroo court and an eggregious abuse of the judicial system to try to get "something" on the Republicans. If Libby was the best that Fitz could do after 2 years and millions of our dollars, he never had much to go on from the outset and simply managed to snag a little fish.

BTW, IF (and I don't) but, IF I buy your argument that Libby's "misremembering" involved only a few months, then let me re-pose the question to you - what did you get in the mail on October 7 of last year? What part of the mail did you keep and what did you throw away Don't skip a single item either, or I'll feed Fitzpatrick your name. He needs another prosecution victory, it might as well be you.

["STFU troll."]

You might want to back up your claim my good friend...Otherwise...Well, I think you would know what the verbal fire-back in your direction might be (right?). Just a suggestion for future reference :-)
