I work in Silicon Valley. We have many workers here, including management up to the executive level, who are not US citizens. Some of them are citizens of the PRC and "former" Soviet Union countries. I am sure many of them are not a problem, however, some small percentage of them are legends for operatives and outright military personnel. They are in our midst, in positions to do great damage, and nothing is being done to detect and apprehend them.
