I jog occasionally. Too hard on my ankles.
I run here on the treadmill (I did this morning for 15 mins) and this evening I will with DH while watching Bend It Like Beckham for 20 mins.
I have an elliptical trainer at home. Get on that thing for at least 300 calories. Usually in the morning. Lately I've been listening to Rush while I'm on the elliptical. Sometimes I go to the club for a pilates class or to do some weights. Fortunately I have some good tunes on my cell phone w/ mp3 player so I don't have to watch The View or Regis and Kelly liberal crap.
That's a good exercise regimen you have. I'm against running, BTW. It's too much wear and tear on the body, at least for me.
I prefer cycling, although it can be dangerous out in traffic; but I've been lucky so far.
