Purchase of oil is part of it. We're cashing up these animals. As to training... our Universities are filled with foreign nationals, who generally get grants my kids can't get. When I was in training in the Navy, back in 1977, our training schools were filled with Iranians.

The Iranians are all excited to see their new submarines ready to deploy. These beautifully designed subs have glass bottoms so the new Iranian Navy can get a really good look at the old Iranian Navy 30 minutes after the US Navy attacks.
