I don't think he did anything wrong - he was following orders.

So Bush or Cheney told him to lie. Better hope not or the Dems will be going for an impeachment. I recall Bush telling everyone in his administration to tell the truth to the investigators because he wanted to know how the leak occured.

Since the President did in fact publicly demand that everyone in the Administration tell the truth to investigators, how can anyone claim he told them to lie?

Also, after Watergate any Republican official who lies to investigators is a certifiable idiot to begin with. A President or Vice President who did so or encouraged others to do so should leave office anyway on grounds of monumental stupidity.

This case is a dead end after these convictions. The euphoria in the MSM and among the 'rats will last for a shorter period of time than Woodstock.

Too bad our president and prosecutors are not as diligent in investigating and prosecuting leakers regarding our military and Homeland Security operations.
