Hey, TIVO-heads on FR, someone be sure to keep a recording of this 'Rat juror..... could be great material for appeal, documenting how Fitzfong improperly prejudiced a biased jury with drivel about a "conspiracy" which was never charged and for which absolutely no trial evidence was presented!!!!

Remember Fitz lied and said Libby's guys couldn't bring in CIPA evidence without him testifying... then in closing auguments spoke on Cheney, Plame and the rest.
